The Challenge
Greek public sector employees often struggle with travel expense claims due to the complex reimbursement laws. This leads to frequent errors, delays, and frustration for both applicants and administrators.
A government agency asked my team to solve this problem looking for a custom solution, that would make the submission and clearing of travel expenses claims more efficient.
As the sole product designer in this project, I was responsible for designing an intuitive app that simplifies the process of submitting and clearing travel expenses.
